Rose is a certified professional life coach and HR leader with 20 years of experience in retail, financial services, non-profits and local government. She provides coaching to clients by way of in-person meetings, phone and Skype. She specializes in leveraging temperament/career assessments, climate surveys and 360s to bring sustained improvement to individuals and organizations.
Rose has a BA in Business Administration and is a Certified Professional Coach and Senior Human Resources Professional designated by iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management). Rose’s passion is to collaborate with individuals in finding purpose, joy and fulfillment through transitions at work and in life.
Her volunteer efforts include serving as a moderator, business speaker, group facilitator and committee leader with Goodwill Industries, Thrive The Healing Center, disAbility Resource Center, Rappahannock United Way, Germanna Community College, Leadership Fredericksburg Alumni Association and Fredericksburg Society of Human Resources Management.
Rose is a christian and an active participant in women’s and community outreach ministries at her church. She has been married to her best friend and college sweetheart since 1992. She is mother to a daughter she describes as academically gifted and an accomplished writer and multi-media designer, and a son who is athletic, a self-proclaimed “fixer” and person with autism. Her hobbies include reading, journaling, gardening, photography and strength training.
